I have a very strong background in creating an expansive range of both digital and print publications. Even before my work experience, my father owned a small print shop where I learned how to properly format newsletters, brochures, business cards, letter heads, etc. That set a strong foundation for primary school, college, and eventually a career in education and communication. When creating a publication my goals are to:
Develop messaging that is appropriate for the audience and the organization's strategic goals.
Incorporate proper design, formatting, and organization elements to ensure message clarity and accessibility.
Strive for engaging content through incorporating recent design trends, utilizing a racial equity lens, and integrating accessibility features.
